- HOW TO USE: Penile tubes are important elements in our vacuum therapy sets. Lock penile tube into pump head. Place loading cone on other end. Slide tension ring over loading cone and onto base of penile tube. Remove the cone. Insert bushing into penile tube. Apply lubricant to bushing, tube, and pubic area. Place tube over penis. Engage pump and slide tension ring onto base of penis.
